The Commission shall appoint a City Attorney as it may deem necessary who shall act as legal advisor to the City Council, City Manager, and such other boards and commissions as the City Commission shall designate. The City Attorney shall assume such other duties as prescribed by the City Council and City Manager. Our current City Attorney is William E. Sexton, PA.
